Iona is a beautiful young kitty rescued from a hoarding situation. She came into the shelter with several other cats. She was the last one to find a home because of her fear at the sudden change of finding herself in a shelter environment. For the first few weeks she would lie curled up in a ball mainly in the bathroom sink.  With patience and lots of love, she is now a very independent & fearless kitty! She loves playing with toys and hanging out on the back porch where she watches tons of birds and squirrels all day long!  
This beauty may do well as an only cat or perhaps as a companion to another one. 
She does not like loud noises (vacuum cleaner and/or lawnmowers) and has been used to being in a very peaceful home.  If you would like to meet her, pls email her foster mom at lmd519@aol.com. A home meet and greet is required. 

Adoption fee will be under $40 and she has already been tested for FELV/FIV. Microchipped and spayed, All vacs up to date including Rabies.
