Hi, I'm Buddy! I'm a gentle, loving 5 year-old boy who had a pretty rough life before I was found and taken in to foster care. I was first seen being chased by two dogs and rescued from a tree limb by a kind person who happened to be walking by. Not only was I malnourished and my beautiful coat full of tangles, but I also had an open bloody sore on my nose (see the last photo in sequence). My foster mom took me to a vet and had the sore biopsied - and that's when we found out that I have a mosquito allergy! This allergy happens in cats sometimes and we get these awful sores on our nose and ears. Fortunately, once I was removed from outside my nose and skin cleared up completely and I am now fine! I can go on a screen porch, but cannot ever be an outdoor cat again. I have been in foster care over 6 months now (my foster mom wanted to make sure I am completely healthy before finding my forever home), and I have absolutely thrived. My coat is fluffy and shiny and I have the prettiest "plume" tail!

I have been living with a house full of cats of all temperaments and ages and I get along with them great. My personality is calm and not at all dominant (I just want to chill), so I'd be a wonderful companion for another cat or even multiple cats. Although my experience with dogs hasn't been too good, I could learn to live with a *nice* dog who isn't out to hurt me!

I am healthy up to date on all my shots, nuetered, and have been blood tested for contagious disease (I am negative for FLV/FIV)

My life has completely changed since that day I was rescued from the tree, and now I am ready to find my forever home. I am very loving and like being around people. When my foster mom and dad are cooking I will sit and watch them, and I would really like to sleep on the bed but those other cats won't let me. Please understand that I might be a little shy when you first meet me, but once I know you're a friend I will follow you from room to room and ask to be petted. See how sweet I am in the video! If you are looking for a gentle, quiet companion then look no further.

Ok, so you're already in love with me, right? Well now all you have to do is reach out to my foster mom Caroline and arrange to come meet me.

Please email her: Caroline@kittenschool.com or text her 407-340-7668 for more info and to set a meeting. I'm living 5 miles south of downtown Orlando not far from I-4 and Millenia Mall area. My adoption fee is just $40 and includes all my vet paperwork.

I can't wait to meet you! xoxox Buddy
