Meet Chester C. Arthur, the C is for Cat! This little man is a bit shy at first but comes out of his shell pretty quickly. He LOVES other cats, and he loves human pets but is often apprehensive at first. He likely had a rough kittenhood, so he's learning to trust again, but as soon as you scratch his cheeks, you'll win him over--the purrs start immediately.
